A practical guide to building airtight dwellings (NF16)

Changes to Building Regulations have now made airtightness an issue which cannot be ignored and as we get ever closer to the zero carbon homes of the future, excellent standards will have to be achieved in all new homes.

This guide, which has been jointly produced with the Zero Carbon Hub, brings together the experiences of those who have already got to grips with airtightness, for the benefit of those who have not. It identifies the common air leakage paths in typical constructions and provides practical advice on how these can be addressed.
